Acknowlegdement of electronic communication walluxx.com acknowledges electronic communication and shall not deny its validity or legal effects for the sole reason that the communication happens electronically.
Concerned parties These conditions form part of all agreements to which we are party and shall furthermore apply during all negotiations between LUXX (supplier) and Customer (buyer)
Conclusion of an agreement A contract between LUXX and the Buyer will first be effected after LUXX has send an electronic order confimration (after succesfull payment) or after LUXX has started with the performance of the contract. We only accept orders placed via our webshop. Orders will be processed and shipped usually within 4 to 5 days after receiving a succesful payment transaction. With every order you will receive a order confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your order
Discounts and offers The information, offers and charges indicated on the website are only valid on the date on which they are provided, unless another date is expicitely indicated. All depictions on our website of the sellable products are merely an indication of the appearance of the actual product, this quality is also depending on the supplied imagery by Customer. LUXX is not responsible for any deviation no matter what kind.
Payments and vaildity LUXX uses payment methods as supplied by our payment-provider When no payment is made 10 days after finsihing the order. The order is flagged as cancelled and will be removed from our system. The buyer cannot make any claims based on offers or discounts that were available at the time of the original order When a customer still wishes to recieve the product he needs to redo the process and place a new order
Reservation of ownership The ownership of the goods delivered by the seller will only pass to the buyer after payment in full of all amounts invoiced by the seller under this agreement or any other agreements The risk involved in ownership of the goods or services is transferred from the moment of shipment to the Customer
Product prizing All prices are in Euro currency and including VAT All pictures, prices and offers are subject to change and without obligation.
Delivery Delivery of products an goods will take place with LUXX as the responsible party In case shipping costs are applicable these will be stated in the order confirmation e-mail Delivery takes in 4 to 7 days depending on your location, delivery times are an indication not a deadline
Deviations Deviations between, on the one hand, the work supplied and, on the other hand, the original design, drawing, copy, manuscript or model and the printing proof, typesetting proofs or other proofs respectively, cannot constitute a ground for rejection, discount, the setting aside of hte contractor damages, if such deviations are of minor importance
Right of return. The customer has the right to revoke/cancel an order within two weeks. This right is not applicable on customly produced drawings, boards and other custom made products. Returned products following up to these rules will be refundend by LUXX. Returns should always be communicated in advance by sending an e-mail to info@walluxx.com
Final statement If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions or any provision from the Contract between LUXX and a Customer is found to be void or is annulled, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the Contract reamin in full force.
